Hey, everyone! My goodness, life has been nutty lately! I'm so behind on posting! Luckily today not only features a new blog post but it has a corresponding video! That's right, I'm finally getting back into the YouTube game. After almost a year off (not counting Just Shair) I've decided it's time to go back into reviewing clothes, make-up, and books on YouTube PLUS I will be adding my own comedy videos on my channel later this year. Please subscribe because I'll totally love you forever (click HERE)!
The dress I'm wearing is from ModCloth and it's called the Most Delightful to Date Shirt Dress. If you click the above video, you will see that I appropriately make fun of this name (sorry, ModCloth). I really love this dress because I love those late 1960s-early 1970s dresses that have a secretary feel. There's bonus points for this dress as there's a LOT of mixing prints, which is basically my favorite thing ever. This is a perfect fall dress because it keeps you a little covered up while the temperature drops. Plus the colors suit autumn really well!
The fit is good, but it is a little tight in the waist. I better explain that in my video so please watch! One of the better things about this dress is that it is button up, which are one of my favorite styles of dresses in 2017. I unbuttoned the top two buttons to be slightly less covered up, but it's not scandalous because a bow covers that anyway. Best of both worlds? Rounding out the look are shoes from Nine West and my first ever Kate Spade bag from YEARS ago!
Like my patio furniture? I took these photos on a day where I just didn't feel like moving them for the shoot! Oops! It's not even hard to move them; I was just lazy.
I hope everyone had a great weekend! I did! I'm going to talk more about that in the coming days though! Check out my Instagram (link below) if you want a heads up about what's been going down in my world! Ta-ta!
